Love? Or did the fact that to people can love eachother a lot without being physical skip your mind?

sex is the purest way to show one's love for one another.

You all know that having a romance that doesn't necessarily have sex doesn't just appease asexuals, right? There are hundreds of millions, if not billions, of people who do not have sex that soon after starting a relationship for various reasons. That includes tens of millions of heterosexual men, thus makes perfect sense to count as an option.

So... again, just include a skippable sex scene, and thus everyone can be happy.

Maybe in your opinion, but others have sex for fun, does that mean they love eachother with all their hearts? No, it does not. Anyways, telling someone you love them, giving them flowers, marrying them and devoting your life to staying with them and having a happy relationship, they are all things that show love and your trying to say that sex is the purest way to show love?

Yes it is, but it's not always necessary

But like others said nothing implies they didn't have sex the same way it nothing implies they did (although there are references that it did)

So... again, just include a skippable sex scene, and thus everyone can be happy.

Flowers rot, marriages may end in divorce, words may fail, devotion can falter.  Sex is the the only act that allows two people to become one for a time.

I would like to say that despite my statements I'm not opposed to Josephine's inclusion as she is. Not everyone's tastes are my tastes.

I would be lying if I said I didn't wish there was a third option. I do enjoy Cassandra's romance but I think that with her only having been with one person and Josephine having been with no one that there could be a wider spectrum.

Again, thats your opinion. Sex ends does it not? You cant say marriages may end as an excuse for why its not the purest way of showing love when sex ends at a point as well.

All forms come together. Sex alone isn't love, but all of what you mentioned without sex would feel incredibly hollow for me.

And I consider them all wrong and will continue to say so. Of course it can't change anything directly, but I will continue to produce feedback as long as I'm able.

I feel like your statistics might not be accurate.  But I do agree that the romance is not intended only for asexuals or demisexuals.

The billions part may be a bit much I grant you, though if you look at the population of all the religions and cultures who don't support sex until conditions are met then the number does breach two billion, but there is easily hundreds of millions of people.

So... again, just include a skippable sex scene, and thus everyone can be happy.

No, they wouldn't. Even given an option, that destroys what the writer was trying to do since it only offers two variances as valid rather than it being ambiguous like intended. For example, the character would have only one reason for them not having sex and thus all the other reasons one may not is not viable.

Debatable. It's a mechanical act. You put things inside other things. It doesn't require affection.

And sex can go bad.  Your point?

Look, I support sex.  It's healthy and there's absolutely nothing wrong with it.  That being said, there's nothing wrong with two people not rushing into sex either.  And sex is by far not the 'purest' (what does that even mean, btw) nor only valid way for two people to show love for each or 'become one'.

Hardly. Create one refusal option and then create another dialogue tree thereafter explaining your reason.

Calm down, I know it all is, but at least I am having a discussion and giving points as to why I disagree, your points are "you are wrong, heres why, but what I am saying that is bad about your points could be applied to mine"

Last time I checked the lack of Josephine sex scene isn't causing a massive uproar

No.  What you're doing is stating that I am wrong because they are my opinions while spouting your own opinion in the process.  But you aren't giving any actual weighty rebuttal.

Not as massive as I would like, and I wish I had a somewhat more diverse roster of allies, but we'll do what we can.

I'm just saying, writers shouldn't overstep their bounds.  Last time they did, it gave us the ME 3 debacle.

Really? People can have sex with people they don't give a damn about, it doesn't stop it from being pleasurable. But I wouldn't call it pure or meaningful. Your mind makes it so, but it's not the same for everyone. People can consider sex the expression of love and both physical and emotional intimacy.. or just a fun diversion. It's up to them.
