The game has been fun but i don't think i am even a quarter through it as i am going for all side quests and main quests and the amount of bugs i have came across is a disgrace. I never used to buy day 1 or preorder and wondered what all the people were complaining about when they said that day 1 buyers were being used as testers, now i know. Well they wont be getting my cash for the next Mass Effect game day 1 after the mess i have put up with so far on this game and there are still quests they never fixed on Origins that you can not complete. I hope they don't pull the same crap with Inquisition.

It took only 10 days to finish the whole game? I remember playing DA:O for months.

I am light years happier with the game since I escaped the rat hole of the hinterlands/storm coast. Friggin' waste of time. Did Crestwood and Western Approaches and love those maps and the stories therein.

Seriously, how? That is like 3x as long as I took to finish every quest in the game I could (warrior build) my first playthrough. That's also not skipping dialog and reading codexes.

I'm serious. I've done every quest, enjoyed every dialogue and every corner of this beatiful world. I was in love with the campfire, you know :)

Well, I spent too much time in various battles. I really enjoyed a good battle. I remember some battles had been lasting for more than half an hour before I felt the sweet taste of victory.

Sick?

I played Skyrim for more than 2.000 hours. And Mass Effect trilogy maybe 500.

I know it is not exactly the same, but when you get attached to something good you stick with it I guess.

I am exited about how many hours I will play Dragon Age: Inquisition. I just started. 40 hours spend on The Hinterlands and Val Royeaux.

I am so impressed with this game.
And this is only my very first character. A freckled blonde female who sided with the templars and flirting with Josephine Montilyet. I have to try all the other options, different characters and gender as well.

No, there is definetely at leat 500 hours more in this game for me. And if there will be DLC's I can't say.

I really hope they made some good romances. I can't say yet as my progress has not exeeded much by now.

They aren't talking about Skyrim. You kinda missed the point there.

Investing a ton of hours isn't unusual. Investing more time than there is to reasonably put into a non-sandbox game whose content doesn't stretch that far? A little weird.

I suspect a fair amount of AFK time.

Nefi87, I've just found this in my old posts:

A Tale of Orzammar (2:59)
Origins (173:14)
Leliana's Song (6:59)
The Darkspawn Chronicles (4:34)
Awakening (43:18)
The Golems of Amgarrak (5:44)
Witch Hunt (7:56)

I mentioned this because it shows how many hours you can spend on a good thing. I was not showing of or trying to change the subject, Crisco.

And no, my 2.000 hours of Skyrim was not AFK. Think of all the mods you have.

Dragon Age: Inquisition seems to be a game you can spend many hours on due to all the story options. What I have seen so far looks like it.

Ha! I've 60 hrs and have not completed Seal the Rift mission yet. The game scenery is awesome and I just explore and explore.

One medium and many minor bugs discovered.

How can you make a battle last for 30 mins? Up the difficulty?

I guess that would be the way to do it. Do you mean regular battles or boss battles? I am on Normal and have had fights with dragon take about 15mins i would say. I guess it depends also on your weapons, the party you have and their set up and the level of the enemies you are fighting. I mean last night i was fighting in an elven tomb at level 19 and some enemies were level 15 and they were taking a damn good amount of time to be killed while out in other areas i had enemies of higher levels take less time than those level 15 monsters did. I think it was because i took a party that was maybe of lesser skills than the usual party i take that are set up with the best abilities and weapons etc.
