Just got back from the storm coast and get the option to sit on the throne well the first time it just sat on the loading screen for 5mins+ to the point i just closed applincation (PS4), loaded the game up again and try again, this time the guy from the western approach that i was meant to be able to talk to is standing infront of me, well i think it's him "Servis", looks like him but instead of me judging him i am not in the chair but running around instead while everyone looks on as if im in the chair ready to pass judgment.
I should add i done the quest to find him at the western approach but could not toalk to him, he was stuck on the stairs mumbling to him self instead.
It's not Servis, it's some guy with a goat, had to reload the game a few times to get it to work
