I'm still in the beguining of the game and I got the quest to go to the Storm Coast (the grey wardens thing). Well I went there and made almost every quest available but from what I've heard it was suposed to Iron Bull be there at the beach but, he wasn't.
Have I done something wrong? When can I recruit him?

After you get back to Haven from Val Royeaux and have the cutscene with everyone arguing about whether you should ally with mages or templars, there should be a guy with a quest for you right outside the chantry. That's Krem, Bull's second in command, inviting you to come meet the Chargers at the Storm Coast.
Ah! I need to go to Val Royeaux first THEN he will be at the Storm Coast. Got it! Thanks mate
