I would try doing that just to make it easier for Bioware and others to see what's happening.
Right now, it looks like nothing is happening in the radial wheel, but because this isn't a direct feed, I can't tell for sure.
Can't you use the Share button to record video? Try it once. It would be better for us and bioware to see.
I have that but you can't see me using the control pad that way. I'm not sure why it's only 720p it should be 4k but if you view full screen 720p you should be able to see what i am doing.

Yeah I understand why you did it this way, my bad. It's just the bars on the side as well as the TV being kind of far away make it difficult to see what's happening.
As I said, It looks like nothing is happening even with you pushing things on the controller. Perhaps re-record it then send that one to a moderator or something. judging from other responses, I'd say you aren't the only one having this problem.
I recorderded with my phone though which has uploaded 4k before straight from the phone but it didn't this time for some reason i was having trouble uploading using the normal way and had to download an app to my phone for it to actually upload.
I will upload the video from the PS4 tomorrow to add to it. Im off to bed now though, good talking, though.

Yeah no problem. Don't give up man. Despite how it seems sometimes, Bioware is listening. It's just there are too many idiots on here who make it hard for those with legit problems to be heard.

I know man, there is nothing more annoying than fanboys who call you a liar or make it that the fault is your own blindly deffending them. Nothing gets fixed that way. Well he can call me a liar all he wants the video is there and i will add the one from the PS4 tomorrow, im sure i saved it. If not it will happen again for sure and i will make another.

It's not just that man. There are people on here making topics that garner on average 2000+ replies that are nothing but rumors and unfounded speculation. The one that comes to mind is people complaining about the tactical cam and how once again, DA Origins is this amazing game for reason X.
I understand that the tactical cam may not be as robust as it has in previous games, but I've head that DAII had this same issue until Bioware patched in more options. If they did it then, what's stopping them from doing it now?

I keep getting this bug where when i go in to the potions menu by pressing L1 that i can not select anything. This is extremely frustrating if im in a big fight and can not use potions to heal my self.

Stop using your day one buyers as your testers. Something this simple should have been seen to before selling the game.
I will be waiting for games to have been out a fair while from now on so that they are working properly when i get them and if that means less money for you well then so be it, you should make sure games work properly before release.
I am disgusted at the amount of problems i have had with this game.

NOT SURE IF BUG- But most games when you press the PS4 menu button pause the game instantly and most of us are used to this, i did not realise this was not pausing the game and lost out on main mission dialogue when i couldn't pause any other way. Not a big issue but may want to add that feature as like i say every other PS4 game does this that i am aware of.
Enemies lower levels than i am taking no damage so i can't kill them
Audio stops playing, for example when in battle the audio of us fighting will just mute.
Unable to finish quests, i cant remember which was the first but the more recent is the one in the Approach to the west when you are looking for DarkSpawn and you have to find someone, i forget his name but he is lying on the stairs and is making strange sounds. I found posts on this on the EA forums that you are meant to talk to him but numerous people are having the same issue where you can't
Unable to use potions radial menu
Conversations bugging out where people in the inquisiter quests seem like they are waiting for you to reply but gets stuck so i have to skip the conversation missing out on what could be interesting conversation seeing as it's the main quests
Bugs when trying to judge people, the game sticks on the loading screen or loads but i am not in the chair, i can just run around while everyong is looking at the throne waiting for judgement but i need to keep reloading.
I remember the other quest i had an issue with, it was the ball, i had to reload 3 times to get something to work, can't remember exactly what.
Just to clarify, did you install the Day 1 patch? I ask because it seems like you are having far more issues than what you should actually be experiencing. Btw, pressing the PS button rarely, if at all pauses games, going by experience.

Yeah, i made sure when i had the game crash on me today, that's another to the list, i went to talk to the requisition officer and the game crashed telling me to check for an update, so i did and it said i was up to date.
I just wanted to say that I feel very sorry for you 
I'm playing on PS4 too and haven't encountered any of the bugs you listed, but I know I would be angry too in your shoes. Let's hope fixes are coming soon. And p.s. I'm a fan boy 
Hmm, I don't know what to tell you. It seems like people are either having a few issues or none at all, or a lot of problems.
As I've mentioned before, it's difficult see what people are struggling with because topics like this keep getting views:

I get so sick of people who lack even the slightest understanding of how game development works.
Yes, the game has some issues and criticisms that need to be addressed, but there are people on here who are still blinded by DAII and ME3 that every little issue from ugly hair to topics whining about who you can and cannot bang is enough to set them off. People on here need to recognize that not everything has simple explanation.
Compared to other games that have released this year, I'd say Bioware succeeded in regards to their game actually working for the most part, issues like this not withstanding.

Ah i get what you mean, yeah there are some things like people wanting the entire game changed in a way that would completely change it to the point that it's a different game entirely while there are far more important issues at hand like bugs that affect the game in a bad way while people are asking for DLC already. Before DLC is even thought about these bugs should be fixed first so that people are getting their initial money worth before spending more. I feel especially bad for people who bought the Delux Edition pre ordered if they are coming across the bug where you can't complete certain missions or the one i am having issues with while being on say the hardest setting and in a big fight but they can't use potions to heal. Another bad one i have encountered is where enemies are just not dying, i have encountered that issue with enemies that are of a lower level than my self and higher but i stated lower so that they know that it's not due to me being an insufficient level and just unable to kill them. Imagine both the bug of no potions and not being able to kill someone in a location with no fast travel close by that took you ages to get to but you end up dying because of these 2 bugs comnbined at the same time, man that would completely suck lol.
A new problem i am having is Tactics, Vivienne just refuses to cast Barrier anymore. Before that was the first thing she would do as soon as we got in to a battle we would all get a barrier cast on us by her but now she wont. I have tried changing the tactics from her just having it ticked to a star meaning she should chose that spell over anything else more than ever but one day she just decided nope she is not doing it any more. This is really annoying because i hate the tactical cam battle system, i do not use it, i do not want to use it and why should i be forced to do something i do not enjoy every time we get in a battle all because the game is not doing what is meant to. I have even made a video of her with the setting for Barrier to "Preferred" with the star next to it showing us get in to a rift fight and even with that she just runs in to the battle and never casts barriers any more, before she would do it right at the start of a fight before anyone else got the chance to do a single thing she would cast barrier while we were all together close enough for the spells radius to get everyone with it so we would all go in to the fight starting with a barrier, once hers ran out i would cast another on who ever was in a position that they needed one the most, obviously people doing hand to hand battle rather than ranged because they usually take the brunt of it but now i need to cast barrier and she doesn't do it at all when it was one of my favourite ways of us starting out the battle. I have now had to change other mages abilities to have barrier and use them at times when i had alredy built her up as the spirit mage.As i say i should not have to do this because she done it all the time before and suddenly it's like she doesn't even know the spell exists when it's the only one that i have a star as a preferred ability out of all her spells together.
I know people are going to say take control of her and do it my self, sorry no, that is not the point here, the point is that the tactical system is clearly not wroking as it should and there for needs looking in to.
Another thing she is doing is running in to the middle of the battle, she is a mage, a ranged battle character yet off she runs right in to the middle of it all casting her attack close up as if she was a warrier or a rogue with daggers. I have no idea what the hell has happened to her.

I'll be honest in saying that this experience has taught me never to buy any video game right away. I've been lucky in the past with the few day 1 games I've bought. But this time? Not so lucky, albeit luckier than most.
Still, I'm waiting from now on. Preordering is dead to me. Doing such just perpetuates broken games and a lack of demos.
Yeah I came late to last gen as i had a very busy lifestyle at the time, i was always out partying no matter what day of the week it was. I had a gaming PC i spent like £2000 on and played some games but not as many as i do now but i did play a lot before i started partying also. Anyway the point i am getting at was i ended up selling my gaming PC and later bought a 360 in about 2010 maybe? Around about that time anyway so I had loads of options of games to buy which would have been patched but bought the PS4 in its first year so games are not as abundant as they were to me with the 360 and there has not really been any RPGs which is my favourite genre so after i had played Dragon Age Origins and got the edition with all 7 DLC and finished them i really wanted this game although i missed Dragon Age 2 after all the bad things i heard about it. But yeah after having the PS4 for all that time and so little games that i loved I just had to get Inquisition so i could have a decent RPG so got it pre-ordered. I wont be doing it again though as rarely ever do that. I prefer usually to wait for the game to have been out a while so that there are enough reviews to research whether i want to spend my cash on said game while at the £40 range or if the reviews are not so good wait until it goes down in price a bit.
After seeing a post about vibration not working i just thought to my self and realised that's another thing that has not been working in my game, i guess since i have not been playing any other games since i started playing DA:I i just forgot about it. So yep another bug added to my list on my first post.
Man all these bugs but i am still enjoying it, they must be doing something right lol
