She appears to reciprocate the Inquisitor's interest in her after specifically asking about it and also says they should talk after Corypheus is defeated. So if she suddenly ends up with Kenric it will be a blatant example of her leading the Inquisitor on, with no explanation.

Maybe if you'd put a ring on it or were betrothed or someone actually said the L-word or she and the Inquisitor had slept together, you might have a point. Then you could maybe accuse them of pulling a Jacob on you. None of that has happened as far as I know, though. Anyhow, good luck, but I don't think this is quite going to be Garrus or Cullen 2.0.

Obviously it's not exactly like Jacob. I did add a "nearly" in my post. But the basic principle with regards to the player's experience would be the same.

Vertically Challenged...lmao
Yeah, can't we just let the English lesson slide? I mean, I saw it too, but really? Not trying to be mean, just give the poster a break. If it bugs you that much, why not just send a message?

That flirting looks like fun. I'll flirt with her next time, I think. Does she only respond to flirting if Inq isn't in a romance with anyone else?

If the Inquisitor begins a romance with somebody else the flirt icons don't appear for the Inquisitor during conversations with Harding.

Trying to be as Politically correct as possible. Because over the years they have been wanted to be called different things.
Also as much as they are "Vertically Challenged" I can say I'm "Horizontally Challenged"

So glad for this thread, glad I'm not the only one. Then again I loved Sigrun too... and my own DAO girl Duster... and Aeducan... I'm not a big fan of this new look for dwarves in DAI- more like halflings now or even human "little people" than the stockier dwarves of DAO- but I can work with it. Harding is an adorable character- particularly the writing and voice acting- and it's so great seeing female dwarves (other than my Warden) able to leave Orzammar at long, long, friggin long last. In DA2 it seemed they went extinct. Plus Harding has been made a prominent (though secondary) NPC as our recurring liaison, so they're not just wandering about.
Btw does anyone know what Varric was trying to joke about the name Harding when we first meet her? Or is it too ambiguous? It seems like he's going for a dirty joke, but I don't get it...

It has to do with his book series, Hard In Hightown.

I'd prefer Harding to Varric, personally.
If her romance isn't developed in DLC I hope she becomes a full companion & LI in the next game.
They didn't do it for Sigrun, why would they do it for Scout Harding? Dwarves aren't allowed to be LI's in this series unless you're the OP.

Sigrun had no romance to develop, Lace does.

I probably would have romanced her if it was an option, but it wasn't really a big deal that there weren't any romances in Awakening.
