This is part of Cullen's quest, and I've found the letters and sent his forces on the mission to look into the quarry. There are no new options on the war room map, and I can't find Cullen anywhere. He's not in his office, and I've run around Emprise du Lion (the quarry area), but can't find him or any troops willing to talk about anything.
