Look no further.
Don't know why but the gamma seems unusually high in these screens I took. Basically the NPC is a female Dwarf body with a male Dwarf's head overlapping the original face and has a female voice. I've reloaded the map and the saves but yet he/she remains which proves to me that this is what a tall Dwarf would look like... with a woman's chest and voice, and a beard that strikes terror in the hearts of men.
