Okay so I'm at the place after you kill Imshael and it shows that there is a quest giver on the map. Yet when I go there there is nothing to interact with. Is this a bug?

Ive tried coming at that quest from inside, outside, and below the damn Keep, but no matter what I do I cant get anywhere near to it's apparent location. Anyone else able to help us, because this is frustrating the heck out of me.

Just watched a video of someone playing this part on the Xbone and it didn't have an exclamation mark there. So bug I guess?

There was a War Room asset where a group of merchants asked to set up shop there, unfortunately im too tired to continue playing right now to check if that unlocked it/Hope it helps.

Have you tried talking to Baron Edouard Desjardins? He's the one giving the quest. You can find him by going up the stairs from the merchant that appear in the Keep once you've claimed it for the Inquisition. He's sitting at a table at the top of the stairs, in front of two tents.

The Baron wont give me any quests.
I got a quest from the Baron called "Breeding Grounds"; to eliminate the three High Dragons across from the bridge you repair via a War Table operation.
However, the quest marker is still in that location. So it's either bugged for Breeding Grounds and shows up before the Baron even spawns and stays even after you pick up the quest, or it's just a straight up bugged quest that is unobtainable by being glitched into terrain.

There's also a quest to repair Judicael's Crossing that you get from the Baron. If you've already done it before speaking to him, it might glitch (though it didn't for me). Or if you've claimed the operation landmark, but not done the operation.

I can't find it either. If it is a glitch for the dragons I'll post once I've finished that today or tomorrow and see if it goes away.
On a side note - has anyone gone under the keep through the snow cave door (pass through it) where the venfire is? I have gone down there twice - once before and after taking the keep, but nothing happens. Cassandra has a line when we get down there and says "be wary, the mountains are a perfect place for an ambush" or something similar. It makes me think there's suppose to be a fight, however nothing happens.

The quest marker is the Baron. I confirmed it by watching him and the mini-map to see if the quest marker moves when he moves. ![]()
I suspect it's a glitch; I have other quest markers stuck on the map.

Same happened here, guess probably is because of the bridge quest, I repaired it before going to Suledin Keep

I have this quest marker; and i haven't claimed the Fort yet...
So The baron isn't here....
Bug or mystery area ?

Not too clear on your statement. The quest marker should not appear if you have not claim the Keep.
But that marker is definitely the Baron. He'll give three quests; repair the crossing, the breeding grounds of the dragons and the three towers you have to claim on the other other side to make it easier for trading merchants.

On my last playthrough, it disappeared when all of the dragons in the area were dead.

Your question about the cave is for "the tiniest cave" side quest. You will need to look it up, as it is almost impossible to figure out without a walkthrough

I had that bug with the baron 3 times in a row, both with an exclamation mark after both side quests were accepted, then a diamond quest marker after both of them were complete. It's just visual, though, since everything updated fine in the journal and the experience registered. This past time through, it seems to have corrected itself or been patched.

I've run into this problem several times, I found a workaround. When your clearing out the Tower Camp to claim, don't go near the Landmark for the bridge until you have the quest from Baron Edouard to fix the bridge. Stake the landmark and then the bridge. Go to the wartable and have the bridge fixed. Head back to the Baron and he'll give you a quest to kill the 3 dragons, end conversation and he should then have the quest to stake the 3 towers in the dragon area. It's a little tedious, but I've been able to keep buggy icons off my map with this method.

It's a bug. If you fix the bridge before being asked to, it will remain.

That's what I do now to avoid having the exclamation point hang around forever:
- Wait for Edouard Desjardins to tell me to fix the bridge.
- Fix the bridge
- Go back and get the other two quests from Edouard Desjardins.
