Corypheus is a bad guy, but he was sealed away and only escaped because hawke released him, who was only alive because of Flemeth
No, the seal was weakening anyway. Within four years, I'm sure it would have eventually broken. Hawke may have released him early, but Corypheus would no doubt be on the loose regardless.

Blame the wardens who visited the Architect, if he hadnt learnt of the location of Urmathemiel then the fifth blight wouldn't have happened and cory would still be stuck.
Like I said, the seal was breaking anyway, and the Architect didn't want the Fifth Blight to occur, IIRC. That's why he wanted Genvieve's brother (can't remember his name of the top of my head), so that they could prevent it, and so he could carry out his plan to spread the Taint in order to end the Blight's and fear of the darkspawn.

You, me, and Hawke all want to know that answer to that. Hawke was so upset when he came back; blamed him/herself and then wondered how in the world Corypheus survived.

its the Templars fault for not going and catching corypheus and putting him in a circle like a good mage
Grey Wardens. Should never have formed the Order during the First Blight, we wouldn't be in this mess in the first place since we are probably all dead.
DA 2 Anders. He killed the Awakening Anders.
Sigrun. Still wanting a female Dwarve romance after I met her.
Schmooples. It seem after his or her death, Leliana got more nugs. Soon, she will have an army of killer spy nugs at her disposal.
Duncan. He died too early in Origin, should just solo that whole Darkspawns army at Ostagar.
On a serious note though, after listening to Vivienne and Blackwall banter, I feel like I should blame the Warden and Alistair for giving some people, including Vivienne, the illusion that 2 Grey Wardens are all you need to stop a Blight.

I haven't finished the game yet, but I'm assuming this is partially Flemeth's fault. Everything always seems to be partially Flemeth's fault.

Yeah, Varric says that he blames himself and Bartrand. He probably blames himself more, since, as he said, it was him who tracked down Corypheus.
I blame Sandal. He could have stopped the Magisters from entering the Golden City, which would have stopped Cory from being made. I'm sure he has some time traveling runes in there.
