Hawke. Was it too hard to burn/throw into acid Corypheus body or at least cut off his head to confirm that he stays dead.

Hawke should have killed Janeka and Larius for good measure.

Corypheus.

Honorary mention goes to Hawke who just kind of sucks at catastrophe aversion all around even if you are honestly trying to play him otherwise.  I just went with it and rolled with a lazy, slacker blood mage who just wanted to get rich the fastest way possible and procrastinated about everything.  In my continuity at least, this guy is a major contributing factor to the crap that happened in Kirkwall and all subsequent chaos.

I don't know that mages and templars can really be held responsible for what Corypheus did, but they are certainly to blame for the world being in such a sorry state and so ill-equipped to face him.

The Hero of Fereldan - for vanishing on a wild goose chase when they could have been stopping the Wardens from going nutty. They should have realised they're the only vaguely competent guy in the whole organisation by now.

Yea, this.  I really dislike this angle on the Hero of Ferelden.  It just seems like a 3 year old "but-but I'm too special to die!" reaction.  If there's no Blight and recruitment is good, sure, go off on intellectual expeditions, but when the likes of Corypheus are running around, people need to get their priorities straight.

just go finish the game. At least get to "What Pride Has Wrought" before getting on these forums.

I'm blaming the wardens for trying to keep secrets, even within their own organization from each other, when all that does screw them over later.

LIES, I've seen Conan the Barbarian...

*The little thief that he's running around with uses that very line talking about a secret way into the castle, and it really rubs Grace Jones' character the wrong way. I just always thought it hilarious, especially her reaction, when she gets it wrong the first time she says it back to him.*

Go back far enough, it was all their fault.

And that brings us back to the first forum I posted a link to, lol. I don't think it'd be Anders, though, because Corypheus still would've been set free regardless.

Mage Hawke for not incinerating Cory's body to ash.

The Maker for infecting the Magisters with the Blight (thereby punishing ALL of humanity for the actions of a few) instead of killing them or banishing and stripping them of their powers (if He's omnipotent).

Solas for giving the elven orb to Cory (yeah, to the power-hungry mutant human freak!), which kicks off the destruction of the Conclave and the Breach.

The Amells. My HoF was a mage, an Amell, to be exact. And guess what, Howe's mother is Amell, so that family is shifty. Just look at Leandra's brother. Whatever they touch tends to blow over the board.

Whoever constructed the Veil. It is indicated it was not always present, but it is a construct. So, whoever made the Veil caused all the mess with people wanting to breach it. If no Veil, no Breach, right?

People for having an issue with demons, in the first place. They are the projections of their values and failures, they should have the guts to face them.

Demons for just jumping into the first whole that is tearing the Veil. I mean, yeah: a lot of bloodthirsty humans are out there to kill you, the others want to dominate you, and some wants to get your remaints to make weapons from you. And what to do? Go over for picknic. Smart thing!

Insomnia: only for Flemeth, right? But the others just go and sleep for millenium. What's your job if not to keep people like Solas awake? Then he never gets weak, and won't need Cory to boost the orb. You should have been more diligent!!

Flemeth: why didn't she just bite Cory in the.. well you know. Before the whole Veil tearing, demon pouring. There are better ways to suicide then this whole ordeal. (Since this is a game, I just go with this interpretation)

Dalish: selective memory... nothing else to say.

The person who created the Golden City , no really.

I mean maybe the blight was already there , maybe humans created the blight by stepping in the place.

Who cares?

It was SHINY.

A big shiny thing you just couldn't miss.

Of course somebody tried to get in there...
