It's quite interesting to see how these faces really are either cute or tough.. some have heavy make-up, and others have none at all.

I noticed the same about the head being too small for the body, and wanted to make a tougher looking Qunari.. the human and elves feels much more right being cute than these. There are some really great faces though in this thread, and if I hadn't been already very happy with the one I already got, I'm sure I'd try out several. :-)

Here's mine (damn mob bled on her prior to the shot..):

I choose to think mine is on the tougher side.. though here's more pictures as well as sliders (unfortunately a couple are missing): http://imgur.com/a/HeuAw#0

Wow, everybody has made such an amazing job! I really like the female qunaris. A shame the hairstyle options available for them are so limited.

But enough talk. Here's my female qunari: Rüya Adaar. I'm very proud of her!

Decided to go with a female qunari mage after all.  Here she is:

I think this thread is awesome, especially for people having trouble getting a good lookin' Qunari ;) . It took me three times to figure it out haha, but I'm extremely satisfied with her! I apologize for the quality of the pics, I can't screenshot on my PS3, so I just took pics with my phone.

Sorry, I don't have the slider info, but I can say I started with face 1 and tweaked pretty much everything except her skin tone and cheekbones (if I remember correctly).

So I ended up remaking my female qunari because I just couldn't stand the voice I chose for her. She looks pretty much the same but I made a few tweaks that I'm happier with. She's also very frowny now but I think it really suits her character.

Omg, I completely agree -_- I hate that there are only two voices, and that the American voice is so hideous sounding. My first Qunari had the American voice because Qunari don't have British accents, but it was so disgusting sounding, I couldn't stand it. My new one has the British voice, and it bothers me, but it's better than that other one.

I head-canon the british accent on my qunari as part of their upbringing.  Since their parents raised them away from the Qun in the Marches, I thought that it is possible that they can have a Marcher accent since they were raised there.  It helps emphasize their "otherness".  Physically not a Marcher; Culturally not a Qunari

My biggest problem with it was how much she sounded like a drone. I was really bummed out about it because I was looking forward to using the american voice (I like the deeper cadence) but I just couldn't take how horrible she sounded, especially in cutscenes. It's disheartening when all of your party members show more emotion than you do  :crying:

Yeah I thought about that too, I guess it just wasn't sticking with me, since I couldn't imagine it (In any of the DA games, there hasn't been one Qunari that's had a British accent, so it was hard for me to imagine). I'm used to it now though.  :D

Yeah I noticed that too  <_< The British voice is much more enthusiastic. The lack of emotion made it all the more worse  :(

It's funny because I just started my female qunari and am using the British voice for her.  I actually like the female American voice (I'm using it for my dwarf gal) and am kind of disappointed with the British one.  For the male voices, it's the opposite.  I like the British one and find the American one to be "trying to hard to sound tough".  I think I have the opposite feelings from most people.

Male British > Male American

Female American > Female British

I definitely agree with you on the male voices. A lot of people seem to find the male british voice irritating, but I find the american more off-putting. What annoys me most is the same thing that bothers me about the female american voice in that he sounds a bit like an emotionless drone when he talks. Then, when he does try to convey emotion, it comes across like he's trying too hard (like you said).

Hah that is interesting! For the male one, I like both, depending on the inquisitor. To be completely honest, I dislike both female ones. The British one sounds almost identical to Hawke's.

I didn't even notice they had a different voice actress, let alone accents, I thought one was just a pitch-shifted version of the other...

This must make gaming harder for native speakers. :P

It only took like 12 tries, but I finally have Inkeri!

Yes, she is supposed to be shimmery. It's sort of a visual reminder to me of her personality, lol.

I had more difficulty to create a decent qunari, I restarted three times because of the lipstick that appeared super flashy/bright in game. Anyway, the makeup is difficult to manage whatever the origin of the inquisitor. <_<

My Qunari lady looks pretty good, if I do say so myself.

Took me a solid 20 minutes to get her to look like this.

I think I must be more than half way thru and I still love my Imekari.  9D6h1Cy.png She isn't super gorgeous but I think that she has a certain charm.

Here is my Qunari lass, Escara Adaar. I kinda fell foul of the whole 'what looks good in CC does not necessarily end up looking good in game' thing - her blusher is a bit intense but hey, not a bad attempt I thought!

She look nice) Good job!  :D

I've been starting Qunari PT ~8 times just trying in vain to *tame* her make-up.. (poor Keep account) gave up at the end.

But if you need there is DAI save editor on Nexus. I used it to touch up my Lavellan's appearance.  ;)

Here's Kalyssa. I've made so many and she's the only one I was happy enough with to keep.

I think my Qunari is awesome. I haven't imported my screenshots from my ps4 to my PC yet so I am just showing you some I took with my phone. She took me hours to make. I will get some of the actual screens imported from my PS4 to my PC tonight to show you better pics of her. I think she really stands out from all the Qunari I have seen other people make. I feel like if she turned into a human she could be a model in our culture ;-).
