Isn't it in theory possible to create the exact same faces for Qunari female as any other female, considering all the cheek/jaw/lips/nose etc changes you can make? Only issue I can see is that Qunari female has more unattractive presets (but do the presets even matter if you customize enough?), only 2 hair options, and fewer eye shape options/at least one of the eye options seem to mess up eyelashes...
Granted I've only seen either mannish or babyfaced Qunari so far. Rather disappointing considering that they look fine in the art.

Yes, its possible. It hink I nailed it myself. But it took a lot...and I mean A LOT...of editing. Dear Andraste...
I went with the first default face and tweaked from there.

Im pretty happy with my Qunari, I didn't try to make her look like a super model (you know the tiny nose and huge eyes that most people seem to want), I tried to make her more realistic looking but still beautiful.
I would, but is it even possible to do that after I'm long into the game? Not sure I could recreate her for reference, but I could try I guess. :S
I'd like to think that my Isileth is not a bad looker, as qunari go.

I made a Qunari lady.
Here's my second try at a Qunari female...this time with no visible horns.
Here's my Herah Adaar, Who has somehow unintentionally morphed in rp from from tough, angry soldier into responsible leader. I used head 5, but wasn't satisfied with any look I was able to come with for hornless. She looks best in light like this - darker areas turn her face a darker dull grey with cheeks that looked bruised.
I'm the most disappointed with the hair. I know concept art is hard to translate into code at times, but it would have been nice if SOME of the female hair had made it past that stage. That's my main gripe.
yeah, there was a lot of really awesome artwork of fem and m qunari with awesome hair, so what BW gave us was disappoint. I would have settled with three types of horn styles and then hair. Apparently, BW thought horn variety was higher in demand.

I wish they could have given us lots of horn options and lots of hair options. It can't be that hard to do both!
I love my FemQun to death. I think that she turned out pretty gorgeous ;D I LIKE THE HAIR TOO!
I think decent looking Qunari females are possible, though beauty can be in the eye of the beholder. I think a severe beauty more suits Adaar's life as a mercenary than looking like a supermodel would:
Originally I was worried I'd messed up by not giving her the traditional Qunari white hair but then I got this conversation with Iron Bull which made everything all right:
Rather than slider settings some general guidelines on the Q:
The reason it throws you for a loop is because the Qunari facial bone structure is very flat and almost kinda recessed. The forehead and brow tend to be very strong. The bone structure of the nose is squished in and the nose is small, the cheek bones are pretty low but the eye position tends to be high and the angle and placement of the jaw are recessed to an overbite. The jaw structure is also pretty wide. This is all why your brain has a niggling feeling that something is wrong but you can't quite put your finger on it.
You can counter the effect by:
1. Smoothing out the forehead. ( Bring it back in )
2. Bring the eyes down and the cheekbones up a bit. ( Bring the ears down too. The top of the ears should be level to the eyes on the average face. )
3. Bring the nose position forward and down. Make the nose a bit larger and angle the tip up a bit to make it feminine.
4. Bring the mouth position forward ( Its squished in like the nose ). Then bring the lower jaw forward to even out the lips ( eliminate the overbite ).
5. Narrow the jaw width to make it less manly.

This is head 3 for reference. I've stripped off all the make up etc to demonstrate. You can season all that to taste. This is just a general idea of how to proportion the bone structure.
Well I was worried I won't be able to make a decent looking female Qunari before the game launched... But I managed to create my Atashi Adaar at a first try and I'm very happy with how she looks like Sorry for bad quality of pics, I'm on xbox 360
