Firstly, if i get the Masterwork Battlemage Armor ( light ) from the dragon in Emprise Du Lion, or wherever i can get that schematic. Will it be possible to use it in a lower level if i add the right materials to it?
And secondly, can i craft a medium armor (Dalish medium armor ) and remove the say rouge requirements for it?

1. yes, although I don't remember getting those from any of those 3 dragons, and besides that by the time you are strong enough to fight those dragons you will be high enough level to wear any random drops anyway. If you are looking for good mage armor I recommend the Sturdy Battlemage Armor, along with the accompanying arms and legs. It looks great, has a high possible armor rating, and is tier 3 quality. The schematics can be bought from the dog merchant in the Hissing Wastes, you will need almost 11,000 gold to buy all three schematics.
2. yes, each tier has one material that will remove class restrictions if used in the main slot. For medium armor it is Snufleur skin, which can be hunted in abundance in Emprise de Lion and Exalted Marches.

T3 cloth that removes class restrictions is Dales Loden Wool ...post 4 below this one someone's asking where to find this I've been finding it on red templars in the hissing wastes
