Well I tried out both as tanks but Cassandra definately edges out in front, though talents of note from Josephine were:

 

Depricating Stare: Instantly grabs the attention of all enemies nearby and draws them to her.

 

Wax Burn: Drops molten wax from her candle onto the hands of attackers making them drop their weapons.

 

Inflatable Frills: Fluffs up her capacious bustle and frills, absorbing all attacks for 10 seconds.

 

 

Despite all the above, Cassandra still makes the better tank in my opinion.

Whoops, almost forgot my favourite talent of hers.

 

Quill gouge: Pokes her quill into the eye of the attacker, giving them -5 to hit.
