What happened to the bit where you got attacked by red templars and had to chose between returning to your castle or defend a village? From the demo?

There was another thread on this, but yes Crestwood's fort vs. village saving quest was cut.

That being said, are we sure it was "cut" cut and not made up entirely for the purpose of the Demo to begin with?

That's sad. The game could have used a few more story missions. And to think I spent time building that stupid tunnel.

Yeah, so many things were cut that were showcased, like Crestwood and the fort customization. I was going crazy thinking I've missed out on plots, until I finally read about it here.

The game needed more quests with actual choices that mattered like that one. Sad it got dropped.
