I think someone has confused tedium with difficulty. The demon commander jumps through the ground and shouts and repeats those 2 in any order he pleases constantly
There are many ways to defeat him and the ludicrously high damage jump can be avoided but typically not worth the time. He needs cooldowns, you know that thing that everyone else has to deal with.
Imagine if all the high dragons in singleplayer just used the lightning circle + wing gust every 3 seconds. That wouldnt be difficulty it would just be cheese.
Give him barrier, armor, another mechanic anything other than spamming cheesy CC and immunity jumps. Hes killable just frustrating to deal with and not in a good way.
