Angry Joe Review

Thank you! I've been waiting to hear his opinions on this, even though I've already made my own. That, and sometimes listening to Joe is rather cathartic no matter how much I might agree or disagree with him. So having this come up so late at night when I'm slowly getting to the point I need to sleep is fabulous. *tips hat and goes off to watch*

What did he rate it?
Why don't you watch and see it for yourself.

I think 8/10 for the PC version is fair.
I rate it as 7.5/10, but yeah, close enough.

And to think they created the mouse and keyboard controls just for multiplayer.
Agreed. Consumer good will is a currency, one you should not wager upon when you've already lost a good amount to your own hubris. I'm fine with multiplayer being in the game, but with a mobile game infer-structure? When you're trying to bring Dragon Age back into the good graces of a good chunk of your fanbase that is the stupidest choice you could have made.

9/10? No, sorry just no. The game was good, but 7/10 not 9. Too much busywork, zones too less feeling like part of a living world and some other stuff. Partially too much like a MMO. A good game, but not that good.

Its 7/10 to you , as in that is your opinion nothing more , you talk as if there is a right or wrong here , i think this game deserves a 9 but i wont tell someone who thinks its a 5 they are wrong.

I've been so wrapped up in playing the game as soon as I get home from work that I haven't even watched any YouTube vids of reviews.
I haven't reached the ending yet on my first run I think I'm about half way point now. I keep getting distracted from the quest I intended to complete when I'm playing.
Soooo much content in there it's awesome. But after watching his review I hope in DLC we can see some of our keeps and fortress get attacked and maybe some stress between our companions where we really have to make careful choices or else. Kinda like ME2.
Anyway thx for posting OP I would have missed his review prob until after I finish my first run.

With all do respect to Joe and his work (besides, he really helped out with kickstarter campaign for The Mandate) i still remember his DA2 review.
Later he "repented" for such high praise, but...
So, DA:I is out of 10?
Amusing.

He does realize that he can obtain the gold required for the biggest chest in two games or so, right? Right???

I think it was more the principle of the matter than anything else.
