Ok, so I play as a rogue and I use archery (no daggers).

If I choose the way of assassin, there is a perk that is called "I was never there", if I kill from shadows I do more damage.

 

Does that also count for killing an enemy with archery from out of stealth?

 

Also for comatose and gaps in the armor > also viable for archery?

 

Thanks, because the other 2 specializations don't appeal to me that much.

The damage bonuses and other perks apply to archery.  I had the same set up on my first playthrough.  Full draw from cloak is (as far as I've seen) the most powerful attack for a rogue, and I've only seen it matched by the mage knight enchanter phaze walk explosion.
