Bioware has spent a lot of time and effort into the character creation system. I can see that, but the devs are doing themselves a disservice if they don't fix the volume and shine of the hair and facial hair. And btw, by volume I mean the thickness of the mustaches. They look too thin, almost like just a flat piece of plastic glued to them.
If they manage to fix this then the character creation system is a solid 7.
But if they really want to go for the 10, then they should also add color customization for the hair and facial hair that works in the same way as the eyes. They should also add different lighting options in the character creation screen with real scenes. Like instead of that dark green area, give us the option to change the background into the snowy area of the prologue. And last but not least, add a feature that gives us the option to visually recustomize our character later in the game. This way we don't have to restart the game when these issues do get fixed.
For these kinds of games, it's important to have a connection with your own created character, but I have replayed the prologue 6 times already because I wasn't happy with how my character looked during gameplay. And I still am not satisfied with it.
So Bioware please fix this issue.
