So I made a previous post about how I had to stop playing the game because crashed and corrupted all of my saves(over 40 hours), but I was happy that my wife could enjoy the game without too many major bugs. She ran into a bug where the game stops during conversations and up until recently, pressing square progressed things(but also skipping the next line and sometimes a few lines.) Anyway, I was reading that sometimes re-installing the game can fix a few problems(for ps4 players) and so I did...which is where the problem lies.
I re-installed the game and that worked just fine, but now she can't play because a message pops up stating the dlc contents of the deluxe edition has to be re-downloaded. There's not an option to do that, however. I just bought the ps4 when DA:I released and I've looked in the library and it's not even showing the items at all. I still have the code(which doesn't work anymore), I took a screenshot of the message in-game (very useful), and I'm sure the receipt is here if I have to go that route...and if I have to then I will. Are there ANY ps4 users that can help or maybe someone from Bioware can tell me how to fix this issue? *sigh* Sorry for all the fuss, but this is my wife's favorite game franchise and we don't have much time to play games, but when we do we enjoy it; so if I need to provide the receipt to get an extra code(if no one knows how to fix this) then I will.
