I got an Enhanced Chain Lightning ring with the "Increased ability damage by 30%". I always thought about it like a plain 30% increase damage for all abilities but while browsing the forums I've come across an Enhanced Lightning Bolt ring that does the same thing. This raised some doubts about my initial conclusion.
So is the 30% for all abilities or just the ability in the ring's name?
And if they're both for all abilities, do they stack? We know 2 of the same ring don't stack (must be a bug), but they don't have the same name so they're not the same.
