Is there a way to turn on conversation in text form constant for 360. When i speak with someone many times I can't hear or understand them. If i hit the "x" button the conversation appears on top of screen. But i have to do this every time i talk to someone. Is there a default key or toggle?

Subtitles? Check the audio settings. At least, that's where they are for PC.
