First - there must be some console comand, when you press " ˜ " on PC it shows a line to you place it. Do anyone try it?! Maybe with console we could edit our inquisitor look with no need to restart the game.

 

Second - this is more like a suggestion, i think would be great if we could choose play as a more skinny qunari. I dont know if it is a kind of change very dificulto to achieve, but it will be nice, i have seen a lot fan art of male qunaris not so "strong and big" and them look pretty cool.

That's the Frostbite console. All it does is let you play around with engine-specific stuff (think of it as an expanded graphics option menu). It doesn't touch the game's scripting at all.
