No way in hell I'll EVER do that to Cassandra. Nope.

It broke my heart enough that she ended up as Divine in my 1st playthrough, and the fact that that might mean the end of my Inquisitor's relationship with her is bad enough.
This is just cold. Where's a drink when you need one ![]()

Ally with the mages and install Gaspard as a puppet for Briala and you'll probably get this scene. I received this one after Celenes assassination in my main world.
Doesn't she prefer gaspard as leader of orlais?

Put a Dalish Mage in power and then wonder why she does things to crap on the order of the world that oppresses mages and elves?
Yep,I saw this scene, all right. Was a little nicer about it, but I saw it.

Anyone have similar scenes for other companions?

Oh man, not even Clementine could instill this much guilt in me. My Inquisitor is dear friends with Cass, and that's the way I likes it. D:

Simple. My mage hates the Chantry, hates the divine psychobabble being attributed to her, etc. So naturally every decision she makes rouses the ire of Cassandra but she is the only companion who will not leave. She and my Inquisitor are just polar opposites.
I played a mage who hated the chantry as well, but my approval of her was still high enough to romance her. I remember the devs saying you had to really try hard to ****** off your party members.

I guess...Corvina tried hard.

I also just got this scene.
My guess is it's because I made the mages my allies, spoke out against the chantry at every opportunity and said that mages should be free.
Oh and I also told her that I could have hurt her if I wanted to without my staff and took the mountain path.

Doesn't cassandra later agree with you about the mages? I allied with them and she later told me I did the right thing (never gave me back my approval though ;-; )
I don't see why she would be bitter about it after that.

That's kind of sad. You drove the poor woman to drinking. What did you do to make her hate you so much?
maybe this Inquizzy sided with the mages and not her wuvy dovey chantry

I wonder what you did to cause this because I still sided with the mages, made them allies not slaves and she still loves me. She has greatly approved with me twice, one after her personal quest and one after I got Varic to write the book for her, and she calls me a dear friend even though I am a mage and I believe in mages being free. So strange......

I sided with the mages and she didn't end up at the bottom of a bottle. He must have been actively antagonizing her.

I sided with mages and im a mage yet im still romancing Cassandra and she approves of pretty much everything i do , even asked her to make the fact that the rite of tranquility could be reversed known and she approved.
The only companion i managed to make hate me is Solas thus far , he has yelled at me twice lol.

Well I know one of my goals when I play my Assquistor, ironically I'm also going to try and romance her.

I got this as well. It happened immediately after I spoke with her about the prospect of her becoming the next Divine. I basically told her the same thing I've been telling her since we first met, namely I don't believe in the Maker, I hate the Chantry, and I think people would be much better off without a Divine. For some reason this time that brought out the petulantly drunk four-year-old in her. I had the same conversation with Leliana, and much to my surprise, she responded like a normal, sane adult. So what I got from this is: if I want the Chantry disbanded I should probably support Cassandra as the candidate for the next Divine.
That being said, Cass is still my favourite frenemy.

I would have thought this would stroke my goat but, after playing through, I got to really liking Cassandra, even with that Divine business. I don't wanna see her like this anymore ![]()
Now, Vivienne on the other hand....what's a darling got to do to get her head on a pike?
