I just got the PC version of Inquisition and changed things a bit so that I executed Anders rather than letting him live so Sebastian doesn't invade Kirkwall. Thing is when I asked Varric what happened to Anders he said that he was alive and sought refuge with the other mages before leaving. What happened? Did it not save my world state? Loghain's a Gray Warden so that's correct at least.
World state incorrect?

If you create a new world state and theres already a world state in your Keep save slot you have to click 'import to inquisition' to replace it. Could be wrong.

I didn't make a new one, I just modified one choice to have anders dead rather than alive. Still the same world state.

Same thing, you still have to click import to inquisition because you've changed it wouldn't it still be considered a 'new world state'? Could be wrong.

You still have to click the Import to DAI option. Ever time you make a change, it needs to be set as your world state.

Alright, here's what I did: Changed the state, said it synced and it was now my default, then imported this world state from the character creation screen. I changed the WS BEFORE starting a new game so it should register Anders as dead.

Nevermind, I imported it. See if it works now.
