The Keep has imported some of my characters, but not all of them, and the ones it has imported don't look like they did when I finished the game. It has characters from my xbox360 and pc, but not the ones I want.
I've looked around but I am unable to access my profile diagnostics because it comes up with a red "Invalid persona/game combination", my statistics say I have 0 characters and I can't try the fixes that require uninstalling/re-installing because I have lent my copy of Origins to a friend.
I know it doesn't really matter that they aren't showing up, but I'd still like this fixed if at all possible.
I really don't know what I'm doing, so help would be appreciated.
