A dominatrix! MAKE IT HAPPEN BIOWARE! Super hot femdomme ftw!
Failing that, get rid of romances entirely. People talk about them way too much around here.

I'm not really sure being possessed by a vengeful spirit bent on mass murder actually qualifies as an illness. Now a badly written plot point, maybe.
True. Anders isn't mentally ill in that he hasn't been diagnosed with anything, but in DA2 he is a very tragic and disturbed individual. So it's not like Bioware has never done a romance with a character like that. And said romance went about as well as you would expect.
I didn't want to address this because it comes across as taboo, but let's be honest. In times of sword and shield warfare and castles and heirs the norm was incest. If you are making a game of this sort with sex it baffles me that this is overlooked or seen as to conterversial to include. Just my 2 cents.
That's nice, dear.

Research noble history and you will see I'm correct. To the furthest reach of human kinds written knowledge (Egypt) incest has been a major factor. Keeping bloodlines "pure" was the norm. While I don't condone it at all (honestly it's f'king weird) it was still a normal practice until the last 200 or so years when science proved it was to blame for many of genetic diseases.
Being judged by someone asking about romance options in a video game may be the mountain top for "wtf moments" though. So kudos for that.

Uuuurgh, if I had a nickel for every time people bring up the Ptolemaic dynasty when arguing that incest was a widespread practice...

Man, it's a good thing Bethany was never aware of the hearts of darkness that lurked behind many Hawkes.

To the person who was talking about incest. Ill support you. Personally not my thing. Don't even have any siblings so idk how I would feel about it if I had one. But I love Game of thrones and that one relationship with the lannister siblings. Its great stuff. I support you. You don't need to feel bad. *hugs*. Never fear to express your opinion. ![]()
