I have a Dailish Hunter, whose primary weapon is a bow.  Does the poison weapon skill, and associated skills, in the Sabotage skill tree work with ranged weapons, or daggers/melee weapons only?

Yes the poison weapon skills work with bows. I use them a lot and you can spread poison to multiple enemies very quickly as an archer.
