As the title says. I have 2 of them and need one more and cannot find the last one. I have resolved the conflicts in witchwood between the mages and templars and so there are no templars to be found in the hinterlands unless there is a pocket of them I did not find. I have allied myself to the templars too if that matters. I see that Cassandras personal quest,finding the seekers at Caer Oswin, drops them, as I googled searched, but I am not sure how to trigger that quest. Please help, this is rather frustrating.

It will drop off Templars in other areas as I recall so you don't have to worry about only picking them up in the hinterlands. It's kind of a random drop however.
