I ended up thinking Kieran was pretty endearing but they definitely got that "something's just a liiiiiittle off" vibe right for him, heh. There are some good ones (pretty much anything creeping around in the dark like the spider caves in the Storm Coast) but I'd pick the reveal of the Ocularums since I was happily just going along my completionist way when I hit that speed bump.

In... the Exalted Plains, I think, there was this tent nestled amongst some rocks where you talk to the Dalish elves there. In that tent are some corpses, at first it's nothing. There are corpses EVERYWHERE, but if you look closer you'll notice a smaller skeleton under the larger one.

I saw that too... That got to me a bit. BioWare really made a powerful game. The small stuff like that makes it that little bit more real.

I remember being unsettled by that house sitting atop Apostate's Landing in the Storm Coast. Even before opening the locked door inside, something just felt weird about the place. And then I go down to the basement later and find a bunch of bodies just piled up. You can kind of see them through the floor boards, too.

Probably that exchange between Blackwall and Cole about "Liddy" as far as dialogue goes. Creepy places...well, after I drained the waters in Crestwood, I found dead bodies in the caves, along with other info elsewhere that indicated that something really bad had happened and that the mayor was, in fact, lying.

There was the chantry women in one of the desert areas I forget and she was praying and Varric was talking to her about something or other but she just kept going ignoring what everyone was saying. I thought it was going to be some sort of possession related side quest but turned out to be nothing.

Omg YES! I did one of her personal quests and at the end of itAny time Sera opens her mouth.
Minor
Definitely the most disturbing scene of the game so far for me. Also when recruiting Cole from skyhold keep- he's going on about "death, pain, I help them" and then he takes out his knife, also very creepy to me.

Going to meet the Lord Seeker, the entire castle has that "something is wrong" vibe as soon as you enter. And seeing all that weird **** with the envy demon was creepy, seeing how easily YOU can destroy Thedas.

I thought the winter palace was very creepy, I think extremely aristocratic societies are creepy in general. Here you walk around, everyone wears a creepy mask, then you roam around the palace and find fresh corpses in some rooms, the whole slave quarters slain, another masked assassin running around and a rift opening in the palace.

I thought the random dead girl in the river (in The Emerald Graves I believe) was a bit unsettling. Especially after finding out it was an unfortunate accident where she slipped and fell to her death. lol
Meeting the OGB for the first time was both exciting and eerie for me.
My first close up on DA:I's Darkspawn was a bit freaky. They look terrifying.
The spirit in the village ruins after draining the Crestwood lake gave me the creeps as well.

Liddy?
Liddy is Blackwall's sister who died. Cole mentions something about them playing in the fields in the summer and then Blackwall mentions something about having a lot of feelings about it.

Maybe the conversation with Leliana about what she would do if she became the divine it was disturbing. And Cole scares the hell out of me. I loved him in Asunder then i met him in game and he was like the Exorcist on me "Die die in hell death stabby stab stab...Turnips...." *awkward stare*

Can someone explain the ocularum revelation? I have yet to go to the temple. Or is it a REALLY big spoiler? In which case nevermind.

I actually found the haunted manison in the emerald graves quite disturbing. Not so much the actual spooky noises, self lighting torches or undead, but the diary entries and certain books you find troughout the place make the whole quest all kinds of unsettling.
