All you had to do was go to mgamerz's link, the option to turn on/off old factions is built right into mod maker, it was literally the post before yours, how hard could you have really been looking
I'm pretty sure I was there browsing through pages upon pages of mods that were labeled as test and mod and diamond mod and zombie mods and what not. I wouldn't have guessed that the mod is labeled as such. In my mind I always remembered there was a mod years ago that specifically brought back the original spawn. There's no search feature or none that I could see from the website.

Yeah I meant if you looked at the options available when creating a mod with mod maker, thought that was clear from my last post, nbd. Seriously though if you've never done so you should check it out, I wasn't kidding about the five minutes part, just hit some radio toggles to make exactly what you want and hit publish
I don't have an account there and I didn't even know it existed. Now that you've mentioned it, it's probably worth adding.

So i can look at mods here and tune them, but i cant instal/run them without modmanager, and modmanager use JRE ?

Mod Manager will not run if you are using Java 8 Update 100 or above without using Mod Manager 4.2.5r1. You will get a "requires new version of java" message when running. Mod Manager has been updated to 4.2.5r1 to fix this issue. If you cannot start Mod Manager you will need to manually download it again. Users who have not yet updated to Java will be prompted to update to the fixed version.

No problem so far, runs fine. But the properties of the file say it is build 57 while in the Manager itself, it says build 58. ![]()

I've looked at Mod Manager - Showcase and ModMaker - Gallery. I can't seem to find a way to search for a particular mod. I am looking for ALOT (the texture mod). I'll plow through all the pages of mods if I have to but would appreciate it if someone could point out whether there is a search function that I might have missed.

It is not. ALOT is nice but it makes adding other mods much more complicated.
