So I know that unique items have a purple outline, rares have a blue one etc

 

But what does it mean if it has a red outline and the inside is a light red background? It isn't because I can't use it because I only have one weapon that has it and I can use it on this character, thoughts?

 

Update: After going in a match it's now changed to a normal white, oh well
