Sera and Cullen also make comments about it.
Wasn't really banter, but I asked Dorian some questions at skyhold and he opened with "I hear somebody has a thing for strapping young Templars."
Also In the war room: Someone says "We've been eagerly awaiting your arrival" and Leliana: "Yes, some of us more than others."
Cullen: "No- I mean yes- I mean- well you know."
Enjoyed that bit too. Haven't heard too much in terms of actual banter in regard to the Cullen romance. I'm wondering if it's because he's an advisor and not a party member?

The other thing I have to add was that Sera referred to Cullen as "Cully-wully" when talking to me, but I wasn't sure if that was in reference to the romance or Sera being Sera lol...
I didn't notice any world exploration party banter in relation to the romance, but I partly wonder if that is because I didn't romance a follower (who might be running around with us), and romanced an advisor instead.

None of the followers have made any references to my romance with Cullen whatsoever.

In a dorian-romance, dorian tells blackwall that he heard him asking around in the tavern about him and the inquisitor and states that he could draw diagrams on that.
Sera asks something like "so you and the inquisitor, huh? How is it like? Jousting?" and dorian answers "Less horses and more cheering!". Hope i remember correctly.
is it human-only? I don't remember him calling my inquisitor that, but then again my game was pretty bugged too.
Didn't happen for me ether (human).
But if you do Sera's have fun quest, she asks about how stable the desk is.
"Oh, it's stable."
Also, if you ask Sera your opinion about your advisors after starting a Cullen romance, she makes... a comment. Let's just say I was giggling about the idea of calling Mr General Tightpants (sigh) "Cully-Wully" to his face.
Iron Bull banters with Cass about a romance with a male Qunari. He teases her and tells her not to treat him like an object to quench her desires, that she needs to respectfully undress him with her eyes.
You have an option to interupt the banter, I don't recall all the options but I respond with "Respectfully? That's just crazy talk"
Bull responds, surprised "Well then, nevermind, Seeker, go wild".
Cass responds, of course, with [Disgusted Noise].
I romanced Dorian and Cassandra made a comment to him about the fact that he's smiling more and of course his smart ass plays it off as though he's thinking about how long until dinner.
And then of course Mother Giselle has her little scene asking us about our relationship, but that's not banter. Was a nice little addition though.
There's one with Viv asking Sera about her relationship with the Dalish Inqizzy. She responds with a joke about how Elves are skinny, and so it sounds like a bag of bones crackling together.
IB and Fem qunari gets sassed by Varric, Sera and Dorian at times.
I know if you're with Dorian, every companion (other than maybe Solas, I don't remember his if he did) will mention it to Dorian during banter. I don't think I ever had one of the advisers comment on it, though.
I feel left out because in over 100 hours no one has ever mentioned my characters romance with Cas. I was expecting at least Varric to have some witty remarks but there was nothing. Maybe a bug?

Maybe you have the banter bug? Off the top of my head, I know Dorian, Bull, and Vivienne mention it. Sera mentions it if you start romancing her and then call it off, I don't remember if she mentions a complete romance or not. There might be more that I'm forgetting.
Have you finished all the companions personal quests? Alot of my dialogue opened up after i completed them.

I miss banters about romances, haven't gotten any yet. Comments in convos yes but not banter. It'd be fun if we could reply to them. When Sera asked my Trevelyan how she could still walk (because she was banging Bull) I wanted to say "I'm a rogue, flexible and stuff" or something like that
There's interactable banter. At least for Cassandra there is.
I was in the middle of playing just now, and Vivienne promptly went after Blackwall over our romance (I'm in the Hissing Wastes). He actually got the better of her for once and shut her down - or at least, Viv didn't have any clever comeback after his speech (also, it was kind of romantic).
Sera & Vivienne will comment on a Solas romance if you ask them about your companions in Skyhold. Sera says something like "I see the way you look at Solas. You're in it. I bet he yells out 'ELVEN GLORY' when he does it.' and Vivienne says something like "Is it just me or have certain longing looks passed between you and our dear Solas?"
I laughed more than a little at Sera's comment when I came across it in game

Interesting, if you're romancing Cass it's the opposite he comments on her smiling more as well.
