If RI is Cassandra, Varric asks about her lovers then Cassandra replies as none (party banter). Then Varric asks whether no one (who she loves) is actually in the close proximity at that moment. Then the player has the option to support Varric or Cassandra, regarding this conversation. That was funny.
Gah! I hate the banter bug! I missed out on so much stuff! 
Has it been fixed yet? Or like, is there anything we can do to make the banter happen or not?
The Iron Bull and Cassandra have some pretty funny banter if you romance Cass. I liked how it shows that Cass Isn't uptight about it at all, and actively joins in will Bull's joking. I thought they would make her closer to Aveline in this regard and wa pleasantly surprised that they didn't. I liked how open she is about it. Makes me want to hear some Cass/Isabela banter. I think it would actually be pretty filthy.

I have been getting a lot more banter in general lately. The key seems to be switching up my party members a lot and taking different combos of people out.
Well I for one am addicted to romancing Cullen. Yet, after several play throughs, NONE of my companions (while wandering the wilderness) talk about it.

Well damn. No matter who I bring with me, they don't talk much. I guess I've heard the banter like 6 or 10 times and I'm about to do what pride had wrought.
Oddly enough, the npcs on the background (especially the nobles in that... throne room) are talking just fine. Wtf.

I did have something to add though, it's not exactly companion banter, but when you're at the Winter Palace, if you're walking by Cullen, he's always fending off lady admirers... and at one point you can hear him say something along the lines of, "No, I'm not married, yet, but I am taken. What! Did you just... grab my butt?!" And then a lady giggles.

The speed seems a bit odd outside of the game context. I have heard a few of those and know they are more natural sounding when you hear them in the game. Still, it was nice to finally hear the Cole one... I can't get that to fire even though I drag those two everywhere. >.<

If I keep the same three in the party for everything (except personal quests), I can get almost all of the party banter for those three in a 90hr playthrough. I think. There's some I know I haven't heard. I know Cass and Cole are supposed to mention a Solas romance, but they never did. No one has mentioned the Bull romance so far, but that might just be because Vivienne and Varric have nothing to say about it.

I feel your pain. In 130h all I got was Inquisibutt from Bull and Something between Varric and Cass post-Well, Sh!t.

That's weird, I switched Varric back in last night after running around with Sera and Cole in that spot for awhile and I got some banters I'd never heard before between Solas and Varric/Varric & Cass. There always seems to be more when I make a switch-up like that. Someone said something about how if you travel through the wartable you'll get more. Idk if that's true or not though.

Yes. That banter happens for Josephine romance also. Not sure if it is all. I first heard it when I romanced Josephine. Then in my Cullen romance playthrough heard it again.
Made a video of it the first time cause I was in shock. I stopped and looked at those noble like "what the heck did ya just say?" I guess Bioware really wanted to earn that mature rating. lol
I'm planning on romancing Solas with a female templar elf. You think I might get something out of it? xDD
None of the followers have made any references to my romance with Cullen whatsoever.
SpoilerThis has been my only real disappointment w/ Inquisition so far. It really adds to the flavor of the romance when others refer to it in the game. I love Cullen's romance arc so far, but it does feel like it's happening in a vacuum. The banter has overall been lacking, but I understand that's been an issue w/ many people.
Yeah, I kind of have that vacuum feeling too... I got the Dorian bit (which was totally unexpected and made me laugh, and my quizzy wanted to say maybe he had a thing for strapping young templars too? 
), the war room bit, and Cole's oblique reference, but Varric didn't say anything (a disappointment, especially since he was almost a constant on my first PT party), and the Orlesian nobles in the great hall don't appear to be interested in my quizzy's love life.
Also I've noticed there seems to be a lot less banter in my current (second) PT... which is a shame, I really enjoyed listening to Cass, Dorian and Varric last time and thought I'd try different combinations to better understand other companions, but so far the banter's been few and far between

Wait what did Leliana say? She's never said anything in either of my Cullen playthroughs. I do get the line from Dorian about liking strapping young Templars. Also, Sera will refer to him as Cully Wully if you ask her about your advisers.
Surprisingly Vivianne showed some actual growth in my Dorian PT. In the beginning she would say stuff about not really being able to comment on him because he's a Tevinter but she does say he has a really good sense of style. Then out in the world her and Dorian would snipe at each other. Then when we were in the Emerald Graves she mentioned she got a letter from an acquaintance asking about if the horrible rumor about the Inquisitor and Dorian was true, and she said she replied the only horrifying thing was that guy's penmanship. After that if I asked her about Dorian she would comment about how charming he is and say she understands how he managed to steal the Inquistor's heart.
But that's the most I have seen from any one companion. No one said a single word about anything on my Solas PT :/
