I wish there was high-tier Inquisition weapons and armor so that your party can represent! Am I alone in this?

No. There doesn't even appear to be any high-tier Swords, only Axes and Mauls.

It will be released as armor packs, 2 companions at a time for $5 a piece lol....I joke, but I really do kind of expect it.
