My adaar really doesn't stray that far from the default but it's the only one I've seen that I think really looks good.

Hey! I think my Adaar looks very good, despite not playing on SUPER, MEGA, HIPER Fade Touched Ultra Configurtions.
I just never liked how the Vitaar looked like so i never used them.
No one calls my horned beauty ugly!

I have my opinion and you have yours. The only female qunari that I think looks really good are those that closely resemble the first default.

I understand. Sorry if i seemed unpolite.
I think that´s partially because qunari are supposed to look "alien" and "different" since they aren´t supposed to "fit" certain standards of beauty in fantasy that we, unfortunately, tend to take for granted.
For example, we can make a very "scaly" qunari with the proper horn and skin textures. I´m pretty sure that for the normal thedosian human, he or she would look "unnapealing". But for a normal qunari, he or she would look quite the beauty.

I've seen many qunari that use a different default head that look really nice. Everybody's qunari is lovely. My own isn't bad either. I'm always impressed by the level of variety in appearance--esp when people don't use any mods--that's a real accomplishment!
For those who can and like to use mods (on PC) there are a bunch of beautiful new qunari (male + female) hair mods available. Kadust has a christmas mod calendar running and releases every day until christmas a new mod and there are many qunari mods there. You can find here blog here and the mods are uploaded on the Nexus site. And she does take requests.
This thread hasn't seen some action for a minute, so I'll take the opportunity to show off my Adaar
This is image heavy, and I'm playing on xbox one, so no mods for me!
And also, I swear Gurgut Vitaar is the only reason I have 'hide helmets' turned off.

I made a female qunari with just the game alone -- no mods. It took a while, but I think I like what I've made. This is Kadan Adaar.

Hahahaaaa, I just discovered xboxclips.com, so I can finally show everyone this:
I laughed so hard at this scene!

Au natural with no mods or anything? Don't suppose you have the sliders for her?
I've had a good time perusing this thread and checking out these marvelous Qunquisitors.
What's everyone's favorite eye color for qunari characters? The lore says something about violet, red, silver, and yellow eyes being particularly common. I think Sten had violet eyes and I can't discern Bull's eye color. No idea about Katari or Hissera from DAMP (though her face is covered...).
I've seen some close ups of Hissera without her mask, and she seems to have blue eyes. No clue about Katari though, his eyes are super narrow. Pretty sure Iron Bull has greyish eyes.
Either way, I really loved the yellow irises (and black sclera) that the Qunari had in DA2. As a result, my canon Adaar Inquisitor has yellow eyes. I only wish we had the option for black sclera when making our Adaars in the CC.

Thanks for that!
I always wondered if the black sclera were some kind of genetic variation, since some of the qunari in DA2 had it and others didn't. Maybe if qunari reappear in DA4 (especially if it's possible to have a qunari PC again), we'll see some more variety?
I think the black sclera was cut from Inquisition due to problems with adding expressions and such with the system they had in place for the Inquisitor, if not for Bull neither being he also doesn't have that. That's what I heard anyways.
You know, sometimes I wonder if the British VA would be a good choice, but... I've used that one with my elven Inquisitor and sometimes she sounds really bratty.
It's a legitimate grown up woman's voice in most of the time, but it sounds like a 12y old girl's whenever she speaks louder.
Not that fitting for a female Qunari.
Completely by chance, Isileth's eyes match the deathroot vitaar, which is why she wore it for 90% of the game.

A qunari to bridge DAI's sexual dimorphic gap between male/female:
I do love my new lady. I'd romance IB with her, but she doesn't seem like the type to be dominated, so Blackwall it is. ![]()
Meet Haya Adaar, Necro, in love with Josie and normally a nice person, except if angered.

So sad I discovered this thread this late, cause I already finished Trespasser with Haya. ![]()
I miss her. ![]()

So we've had two male qunari party members in DAO and DAI. Any chance of a strong female qunari next?
Spoiler
Patrick Weekes @PatrickWeekes
Definitely a chance. We like doing character types we haven't done before, and that would be a biggie in hypothetical future game.
What are the odds that we'll be able to play a Qunari (race) in DA4? And more importantly, would it be a good choice for the game's setting?
I hope they bring back the races. And being we're going to Tevinter and the Qunari are likely going to invade: I say yes.
