It's happened a few times: I craft a dagger, craft a dagger grip, and when trying to modify the dagger, I get the red text saying there are no upgrades available. I already have a few upgrades in my bag because of this.
Are there any restrictions that I should know about? (maybe tier, masterwork, level...)
