Hi All,
My Collector's Edition game came with a Shale download card, as advertised on the box, but when I open it up the code was blank. Any suggestions on how to correct this? Bioware, I can provide proof of my purchase. I really want the quest, I'm hoping someone can help me out.

Contact EA support - but it would be helpful to know what country/retailer you got it from as well, in case this was a batch and not a one off

It was Gamestop in the US. Specifically it was a Collectors Edition Gamestop box, it had the insert with the code for the Blood Dragon Armor on the other side and that code was printed. Just the code for Shale was blank though the rest of the insert is printed, which makes sense with it being pre-printed except for the code.
I've contacted EA, so far no response. I have an open question on EA's support site, though a phone number and live person would be really handy...
I'll keep this post updated on the progress and hopefully resolution so others can search the forums for an answer if they miss out as well.

Hi All,
I was able to resolve my issue with EA and get my Shale download. What follows is a conversation I had with a support representative after waiting for about half an hour on the live chat queue at EA's support web site:
Henry: Hi, my name is Henry. How may I help you?

: Thank you for taking the time to help me. I have some questions regarding the Dragon Age: Origins Collector's Edition I purchased for the PC recently.
Henry: sure.
: I bought a copy of this game from a Local GameStop in my area. When I opened the package for this game there were a number of cards inside, each with codes to enter to claim bonuses for having pre-ordered the game, and for having purchased the Collector's Edition.
Henry: okay.
: One of them was for a downloadable expansion for the game, The Stone Prisoner. The card is printed with the text and imagery for the download, but no code was printed on this card.
: I would like to unlock this content and need to know what I need to do to get a copy of this code, as it was not included with my purchase and it should have been. Can you help me please?
Henry: Please provide us the following information:

- Your full name:
- Your Date of Birth:

As you can see once you manage to get an agent they can be very helpful. I hope no one else runs in to this issue but if they do, rest assured it can be resolved fairly easily. Happy Hunting Wardens.
