So i've decided to get Mass Effect 2 on the 360 due to that being the location of all my ME1 saves, giant TV and sofa. Dragon Age I thought was a must have for the PC, and it also gives me Blood Dragon armour for when ME2 comes out. Awesome!
Wait a minute, both of my games are different platforms! How will I be able to unlock the armour for my 360?
I bought DAO on PC. Can I still get the Blood Dragon Armour for ME2 on the 360?

its linked to your bioware account, so when you log in with mass effect 2 on your 360 it will be there to download.

I can confirm only that, having DA on PC as well, when I looked at my registered promotions page for ME2 on my social site account here, it showed the BDA showing up for both the Xbox and PC versions of the game, much like the items from DAJ showed up on every platform under DA promotions. Hopefully that puts your mind at ease.
