Does anyone know where I can find Dalish armor or robes?

 

Is there even a distinction between the two? I'm really hoping to get some Dalish armor for my Dalish rogue

Robes are light armor, so...if you're a rogue, you have to wear medium armors.

In the dalish village, there's a robes of the keepers.
