In this quest you need to find Widris.

 

But when i get to the spot, he/she or any clue is not to be found.

Anyone know what i do wrong?

There are two entrances: one on land and one from water. From the land one, just walk straight ahead (sidestepping the thing in the middle). There's a door in the back that winds around to where he is. Haven't tried finding it from the water one but whatever.
