Where I can find those armour with masterwork slot?

Dog vendor on hissing wastes selling only simple tier 3 recipes with 4 slots.

You get them after a certain level is reached and a past acquaintance arrives at the Inquisition.

U mean I can buy it in sky hold on certain level? Or at dog vendor?

Where it will appear on certain level? and what level maybe u know

What acquaintance? Can you be more specific using spoilers? I finished the game but don't remember getting said schematics

You have to buy the schematics. There is an event after you get Skyhold and acquire Dagna that opens up Masterwork crafting. Once you have Dagna you can go to the Mabari vender in the Hissing Wastes and buy the Battlemaster/mage armor. He sells two versions of each, both have a masterwork slot.

You may need to have The Short List Inquisition Perk, it opens up more items for sale, though if I remember correctly all it does for the Hissing Wastes vendor is a masterwork rogue armor schematic

After you get to Skyhold, go to the war table and do the Arcanist mission. This gives ALL weapons and armor the master work slot.

Sorry, it was late when I wrote that. Basically the schematic is bought from the dog vendor in the Hissing Wastes. Without wanting to spoil things, when you get to a certain point in the story, it unlocks the ability to Mastercraft. If you then do what Gallan says it makes it available across the board. I think it was after I'd completed the Western Approach Grey Warden part of the story but not 100% sure. Hope this reply makes more sense this time

You can get the Arcanist as soon as you get Skyhold, just leave and come back, the operation should be on the war table.
