So aside from Iron Bull and Dorian. Who else hooks up in the game, or is it just those two?

I think they're the only one. Blackwall never hooked up with Josephine in any of my playthroughs. I'm doing one without romancing Cass now, so we'll see about her though I really doubt it. I don't think they're going to go overboard with companions hooking up. Just like in ME3 where it was just Tali/Garrus. Seems to be Dorian/Iron Bull.
