I'm doing unfinished buissnies and I can't get to the eastern part of of the exalted plains I approched the caved entrance but didn't get the operation at the war table (I'm using pc btw)

War table operation for the Hinderlands? I think you're confused about something. For "Unfinished Business" in the Hinterlands, the enemies are east of the "forrest camp".
