Kieran in 20 years.

Hold your tongue when you talk about Kieran Cousland!!

My Cousland would have legitimized him if it were alright with Morrigan, but it really wouldn't change anything to their situation. The Warden would rather not be involved in such affairs since he has a brother who is adept at handling the Terynship.
My headcanon says yes - my Cousland finds a cure for his previous conscription - legitimizes Kieran - makes Anora, takes Morrigan as his wife and kills whatever fool that says otherwise with his brother ruling from Highever, his forces in Amaranthin, the mages of the Ferelden tower, King Bhelen and the support of Recliff. Heck, he'd even let the knife ears hug trees in the Brocelian Forest if they'll hire on as assassins.
He's gotta set all this up for Kieran - who will be my Thedas' Alexander.
In one of my play throughs he is. In my canon play through, he's a Thierin. So... Keiran Thierin. (poor kid)
Lady Cousland doesn't even change her last name if she marries Alistair so I really doubt Keiran has a last name.
He is a cousland in my game as my HoF joined Morrigan through the mirror and raised him like a true father should. Morrigan and my HoF Cousland married in some sort of private wedding witnessed only by the animals lol. Anyway yes he is a Cousland.
However in my current play through, he's going to be a Aeducan. Son of the great Thorin Aeducan. Exiled prince of Orzammar and Warden Commander.
Although I will say its to bad Kieran only takes after the traits of the mother. I'd have liked to see him as a young elf lad or dwarf.
Depending on the exact rules in Fereldan, she may not have to. In fact, she might lose her surname all together.Lady Cousland doesn't even change her last name if she marries Alistair so I really doubt Keiran has a last name.
Not officially, no. I imagine the only surname he'd have out of them, is the Warden's, assuming said-Warden helped to raise him, and assuming a title of sorts was required for whatever station politically he inherited.
In my main Origins playthrough, I really just wanted to save my Cousland Warden and Alistair so they could reign together, get married, be happy, and all that, so poor Kieran was just, like, collateral damage, really. SO NEITHER OF THOSE THINGS IS EVER, EVER, EVER GOING TO HAPPEN (I feel like such a terrible person right now, BUT I HOPE HE NEVER DARES TRY TO STEAL THE THRONE FROM ANY BABY THEIRINS MY WARDEN MAY HAVE WITH ALISTAIR BY NOW).
Poor Kieran.
Two Gray Wardens propagating? Never gonna happen without some heavy duty fertility assistance. Although Kieran's doubtless a mage so making him an heir to the throne would be seriously pushing it.

Yes, to me he is at least.
Potentially. From the state of things, it is possible that Keiran is heir. However, would Morrigan wish that life for her son? I'm certain that he wouldn't be accepted into Dwarven, Dalish or Alienage culture. We ALL know what Morrigan thinks of the Circle system...so that is his one chance to be a part of society. Though I doubt that would be an option lest the Warden find a cure. If he did, then Morrigan would be able to move into Highever with a castle and small army to stand between her child and her enemies...IF she desired it.
Some people were joking about Leliana being Divine years ago and look what happened in DAI.
Kieran in my worldstate is the second son of the exiled Aeducan noble. his older brother Duncan lives in Orsamar with his uncle the King and is in line to the throne. I would like to see a moment when the two brothers meet and talk about their absent father. Kieran did have a bit more time with their father but he did end up leaving for warden work.

He's a Cousland if fathered by a Human Noble male.
That moron from GoT i guess, still i fail to see what this crap of man have to do with the beautiful Kieran.
you dropped the ball here....
(users and their stupid headcanon)
Did you really just quote a post I made a couple of months ago? >_>
Besides, it was a joke.

Kieran's an Amell for me. I like the idea he has magic in the family and is sorta related to the Champion of Kirkwall.
The only Kieran with a dad who is active in his life in my games was an Amell. Since this particular Daylen (I had more than one) is his dad, and was with Morrigan (until they came out of Crossroads on their respective missions) he was for all intents and purposes an Amell. Magical or not, his daddy loves him and hopes to be reunited with both very soon, hopefully rid of this pesky taint business. ![]()
In my worldstate Kieran was just made to save myself and/or Alistair with a huge amount of jealousy on top. Morrigan and Kieran hopefully stay away from my Wardens for ever and ever.
My headcanon is though that my female Warden did get pregnant and that made her leave her King and find a cure for the Calling. Maybe not even Alistair knows about it (yet). She's a strong woman, she can handle the single adventurer mom business.
