Why are Humans the only race ingame that get awsome looking armor sets? My Dwarf 2H/Warrior is level 12 but is still rocking gear that looks like level 1 ****, also where the hell is the Massive Armor sets. you Know the iconic Legion of the Dead armor or the Blood Dragon armor you shoe horned into ME2/3 but is evidently missing from the game series it started in? let me guess its coming in a DLC pack i can buy for 30,000 Origin points.

the hell bioware...

You can get the schematics for the Legion of the Dead Armor by finding all the Tombs of Paragon Fariel, I think the name was.

But yeah I understand your pain, I for one am playing a Qunari 2h Warrior and the best armor I can craft is the Legion of the Dead armor but kick in the nards here is that its only for Dwarfs

So yeah still pretty mad about it, given that in Origins I used that armor on my Elf Warrior and now nothing.

Here's hoping Bioware give us some DLC armor that's good each race.

Don't suppose you know where the key fragments are by any chance?

Keeper Robes for Elves / Sturdy Battlemage Armor for Qunari / Legion of the Dead Armor for Dwarves

They all look very nice. (Yes these are all Schematics as well)

Like I said you find the tombs, solve the simple puzzle and get whats inside not much to it.

Playing a qunari mage in this game is basically suffering.  Playing ANY race that isn't Human or maybe Elf is suffering to the max.

I haven't even gotten to the hissing wastes, yet, Was hoping for some actual insight so as to run my way through, get the goods and then go to kill the dragon and get the schematic and come back to clear the map later..

I did that exact thing, but you may want to wait till you're at least level 12-14 to try running through. It's easy enough getting there because the Wastes are just...well, the Wastes. You have room to give anything dangerous a wide enough berth.

Someone posted a pic of where to find the merchant: http://i.imgur.com/CzcAVpK.png?1%C2%A0

He'll be in a canyon, so use the mount to leap down into it. Buy what you want, immediately pause the game after, and fast travel somewhere before the spiders show up.

Hmm....

Well, the tombs are mostly close to a camp if you follow the maps you get for each tomb, you get those from Venatori there, the final Tomb though is guarded by a Dragon so best go prepared not sure what level she was, I was lvl 21 at the time so I just jumped in so you can get a lot of good things if you follow this quest line.

Its a bit hard for me to explain since I just found these things while I was exploring for the most part I just happened to run in to them so my best advice would be to follow the quest line or explore the waazzo of this place.

Quite huge by the way even in PS3.

I am level 20 XD Just cleared out the keep in emprise du lion to get access to the schematics there and upgraded my gear, now have a nice bow with 99% armor penetration and 80% fire resistant armor for all 4 of my party so I won't have any issues with the sandy howler when I face her.

The choices maybe limited, but if you're rolling a dwarf its almost mandatory to get the legion of the dead armor. Use some silverite and your rogue can where it to.
