Yes from the site but it says specifically "Codes must be obtained through actual retail purchase through legitimate channels of product purchase or through free Code request as described above. Codes may not be bartered, sold, or transferred." hate to say it but people need to learn how to read the rules...
Oh sorry I never seem to read the rules but have never gotten into trouble before so um yea, why ya all up into ruining our fun anyways?I mean it is lke free **** anyways if you email them so yea.....
Simple enough, it is because people like you are the ones that ruin the world... there are these rules for a reason. If you were a responsible adult, you would understand that.

You people do relize that if you live in the U.S. you can E-mail them and get a code for free, and also that giving away codes or trading them is against the rules and illegal, right?
What is this email that I can email them at? Also, it's not illegal as that would be breaking the law, it is only breaking the rules (thus not a crimial offense).

What kind of Dr. Pepper is the code printed on? i.e. 2 liter bottles or 12pk?
Take a look for yourself:
20/16/14 OZ BOTTLES: Look under the cap of specially marked 20 oz., 16 oz. and 14 oz. bottles of Dr Pepper®, Dr Pepper Cherry, Diet Dr Pepper and Diet Dr Pepper Cherry for the game code ("Code"). Codes will be available under the cap on bottles from January 1, 2010 through March 31, 2010 and from July 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010 in participating markets.
FOUNTAIN CUPS: Look behind the sticker of specially marked 32 oz. fountain cups of Dr Pepper® at participating locations from April 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010 for the Code.
Codes from 7 Eleven: You can also find Codes at participating 7 Eleven outlets. Limit of 1 Code from 7 Eleven per person/account.

Did I say selling them on ebay is any less against the rules? Didn't think so.
The rules says you can't transfer the codes you redeemed. How in the world do they know if someone gives you a code from the bottle?

Actually most states have laws to make you follow the rules of competitions and also the code would technically be void except for the fact they are unable to determine if it is or is not.

They'll tell you how to get free code. 1 free code per week, requires to mail in letter, blah blah blah.

Actually it says codes, that means both redeemed and codes that have not been redeemed, to answer your question no, they can't tell, but if you want to act like a delinquent, then by all means.

I just got a Dr. Pepper code, but upon redemption, I got no offer of Mass Effect 2. It seems that you can't download the content until a future date. I'm assuming at least after the game's release in North America.
Yea I just tried it to and nothing and the game is released today in NA to

Hey bro, calm down. They're dr pepper item codes, it might be illegal but who honestly gives a ****. Dr Pepper ain't gonna prosecute anyone who trades away a code. Trading away Dr Pepper code to someone who can't get them =/= Scumbag. Get your head out of your ass.Sgt. Drifter wrote...

You're an idiot, they're just cheap drpepper codes for ****s sake, people trading them isn't going to destroy modern society and kill your family.Sgt. Drifter wrote...

You know, I don't give a **** about the Dr. Pepper promo items (though I disagree with location-bound promotions on principle), but this has got to get the prize for 'most overblown reaction ever'. Some American buys an extra bottle of Dr. Pepper and sends the code he does not need but has bought anyway to someone in another country who has no other way of getting the content ruins the world? What the hell have you been smoking, 'cause if it makes you this delusional, I want a hit of that. Just because something is a rule doesn't mean it's immoral to not follow it.Sgt. Drifter wrote...
