While i was trying to close a rift...and when the rift opens from the ground and hit my character~ the dmg numbers are in yellow.
What exactly does that do? What does "yellow" damage mean? anyone know here i can find informations on that?

Yellow is spirit damage. IIRC:

 

Red - Physical

Green - Nature

Blue - Cold

Orange - Fire

Purple - Electricity

 

If you play a mage, you run into them all eventually.

So they swapped the colours for electricity and spirit. That's annoying.
