[Pathalone]

I've gotten to the chamber that has the Knight's Tomb Artifact but it (I guess) is hanging there out of reach. My mage has run around to see if there is an "energize" path but none found. No levers to raise a stone block or anything. So where the heck or how the heck do I get to that blue torch that is suspended? and read the scroll?
